Old Town has the closest thing to Singaporean food in Hong Kong so far, down to the spicy grilled stingray and kangkong, plus super accurate chicken rice with the sauces! It's not cheap, but it's much better than the other Malaysian/Thai/Singaporean mixed style restaurants.
大家都知道我喜歡食星馬菜，不過大多數港式餐廳都是星馬泰炒埋一碟。中環的Old Town集中賣星馬風味，連我這個住星加坡好幾年的挑剔食家都有讚無彈！魔鬼魚夠辣（雖然可加多少少鹽），蝦醬通菜夠惹味，而海南雞則香滑得來無骨，油飯超香，現在講起都想翻尋味。兩個人用了主菜買一送一優惠卷後盛惠266大元。
